Terms of Use

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and Refused2Approved governing the use of all services provided by the Company.

A. Nature of Services

Refused2Approved provides professional consultancy services limited to visit visa reapplication assessment and strategic advisory support.

The Company is not:
a. A government agency
b. An immigration authority
c. A law firm
d. A provider of legal representation

The Company does not guarantee visa approval and does not have the authority to influence visa officers or immigration decisions.

B. Client Representations and Responsibilities

By engaging the services of Refused2Approved, the client represents and warrants that:
a. All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete
b. All documents submitted are genuine and lawfully obtained
c. No material information has been withheld
d. The client will promptly provide any additional information requested

The client acknowledges that visa outcomes are directly influenced by the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.

C. No Guarantee of Approval

The client expressly acknowledges that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. Refused2Approved makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of approval.

Any strategic guidance provided represents professional opinion based on experience and available information but does not constitute a guarantee.

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refused2Approved shall not be liable for:
a. Visa refusals
b. Processing delays
c. Policy changes by immigration authorities
d. Financial losses arising from travel plans or bookings
e. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

E. Termination of Service

All content, strategies, materials, and documents provided by Refused2Approved are proprietary and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
