Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the refund terms applicable to services provided by Refused2Approved. By purchasing or using any services offered by Refused2Approved, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out herein.
A. Scope of Services
Refused2Approved provides professional assessment and strategic guidance services strictly related to visit visa reapplications. The Company does not submit visa applications on behalf of clients and does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant immigration authorities.
B. Assessment Fee
All assessment fees are strictly non-refundable.
The assessment service involves professional review, evaluation, and analysis of the client’s prior visa refusal, supporting documents, financial records, travel history, and other relevant materials. Once payment for an assessment has been made and the assessment process has commenced, the fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
The assessment fee remains non-refundable regardless of whether:
a. The client is selected for a monthly reapplication program slot
b. The client chooses not to proceed after receiving the assessment outcome
c. The client disagrees with the assessment findings
d. The client fails to attend or misses the scheduled assessment session
e. The client fails to provide complete documentation

C. Reapplication Program Fee
The reapplication program fee applies exclusively to clients who have successfully completed the assessment process and have been formally accepted into a monthly reapplication slot.
Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Refused2Approved. The Company reserves the right to decline any case it determines is not suitable for reapplication at that time.
D. Money-Back Guarantee
Refused2Approved offers a conditional fifty percent refund of the reapplication program fee in the event that a client’s visit visa application is refused, provided that all eligibility conditions are satisfied.
To qualify for the fifty percent refund:
a. The client must have been formally accepted into the reapplication program
b. The client must have fully implemented the written strategy provided by Refused2Approved
c. The client must have submitted all documents as advised without alteration or omission
d. The client must not have introduced new information, documentation, or representations without prior review and approval
e. The refusal must not be based on undisclosed facts or newly arising circumstances
The money-back guarantee applies only to the reapplication program service fee. It does not apply to assessment fees, government filing fees, embassy fees, visa application fees, biometric fees, courier charges, translation services, or any other third-party expenses.
E. Exclusions From Refund Eligibility
Refunds shall not be granted where:
a. The client provides false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information
b. The client fails to follow the agreed strategy
c. The client submits different documentation than advised
d. The client independently alters forms or statements without consultation
e. The visa refusal is based on criminal history, prior immigration violations, or security grounds not disclosed during assessment
f. The client re-applies without completing the recommended corrective measures

b. The client fails to follow the agreed strategy
c. The client submits different documentation than advised
d. The client independently alters forms or statements without consultation
e. The visa refusal is based on criminal history, prior immigration violations, or security grounds not disclosed during assessment

F. Refund Request Procedure
Any refund request must be submitted in writing within seven calendar days of receiving the official refusal decision. Supporting documentation, including the refusal notice, must be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen business days to the original method of payment.
All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Refused2Approved based on documented compliance with the agreed strategy.
